My name is Dunstan, I own @nourishproperfood truck in Plymouth New Hampshire. We are a stationary food operation located in the white mountains on a large vegetable farm. We cook a menu that changes every week as the season changes, sourcing from local farmers. I’m looking for someone to move to the area (housing available) and eventually take over operations for me. This position would start next May and we would work together until you learned the ropes. You would be writing menus, doing the prep and serving food Thursday thru Sunday 9-6. You will work like a madman (or woman) for 4.5 months, 70 hours +a week and then you’ll have 7 months to do as you want. You’ll make bank if you have what it takes. Where I live, and community i am a part of is special and there is an extremely high quality of life here if you like the outdoors, natural beauty and the changing seasons excite you.
